Description

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Production Designer in Santa Monica, California. This position is in the industry of graphic design and you will be based in our office environment. As a Graphic Designer, you will utilize your skills in Adobe Creative Suite and design controls to create visually appealing graphics that communicate our brand message effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Update global packaging/ branding on a weekly basis.

• Support internal and external digital and print media design.

• Support Marketing and Creative Services.

• Ability to create materials based on existing style guide.

• Photo retouching, photo manipulating and compositing according to creative recommendations.

• Responsible for upholding design and brand standards

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience in graphic design • bachelor’s degree in graphic design or similar field preferred.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.

• Proficient in Mac OS.

• Proficient in typography and logo design.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Experience in reformatting and resizing digital and print files to multiple dimensions and file format.

• Experience with packaging design.

• Experience with web design a plus.

• Has a good sense of humor. Work in the Santa Monica office four days a week
