TEKsystems Customer Service Representative - Case Analyst in Santa Monica, California

*REMOTE with Restrictions!

*There will be onsite training 1-3 weeks in Santa Monica, CA (Must live local to LA)

  • Equipment will be provided

  • Bilingual in Spanish Required

  • Call center experience preferred

Description:

• First point of contact representing the firm answering phones

• Inbound calls from potential clients and referral firms calling for their clients – handling calls from clients needing legal assistance. Goal is to set them up for a follow up appointment with an attorney

• Responsible for qualifying clients and gathering their information before scheduling a time for them to speak with a lawyer directly

• Each call is about 5 minutes, and they will be provided and trained with a script/flow on how to qualify the calls

• Handling about 50-60 inbound calls daily, some outbound follow up calls – calls are on inbound dialer that will ring to all reps on schedule until someone answers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• EMPHATHY! Must be understanding & have empathy for the clients calling in. They are needing legal defense and you must be empathic and show empathy to their current situation

• 2+ years of Receptionist or Call Center experience – must have experience with high volume inbound calls

  • Industry experience does not matter, can train on the legal piece as long as they have the customer service/empathy and are professional over the phone
