Temp to hire opportunities in the city of Santa Fe Springs working for a TOP company in the Corrugated industry. Union benefits and dues once hired on directly to the company. We are looking for reliable, and flexible individuals that have had prior experience in manufacturing or production environments.

Position requires of flexibility to work the 2nd and 3rd shift

You will start in the 3rd shift, however may need to work the 2nd shift based on business needs.

Training: is conducted on the 1st shift for 1-2 weeks (5:45am-2:15pm)

2nd shift hours: 1:45pm-10:15pm Starting the week on Monday

3rd shift hours: 9:45pm-6:15am- Starting the week on Sunday

salary: $20.49 - $20.5 per hour

shift: Third

work hours: 9:45 PM - 6:15 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Safely operate machinery

• Ability to practice housekeeping

• Read factory orders

• Utilize basic shop math such as accurately reading tape measures, gauges and other testing equipment

• Consistent quality and count inspection of a product

• Accurately completing quality and administrative document checks to ensure specific directions are followed

• Performing other duties as assigned by supervision

• Follow all safety rules and practices

• Be able to move/carry products up to 50 lbs

• Be able to conduct repetitive work

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

• working weekends
