Color Match Technician

Santa Fe Springs, CA

Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

$19-20/hr.

Description:

Ensures that colors in products, such as paints or textiles, match specified standards or client expectations. They use various tools and techniques to analyze, adjust, and verify color consistency and accuracy, ensuring that the final product meets quality and aesthetic requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Process and fulfill sample requests, including pulling, labeling, and shipping orders

• Ensure timely processing of requests and communicate any potential delays to the supervisor

• Adhere to company policies and procedures, maintaining consistency and minimizing errors

• Support UPS requirements by delivering completed requests to the specified area on time

• Accurately weigh and blend materials (pigments, sand, additives).

• Stamp and date samples correctly to prevent errors.

  Must Haves:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in color matching/mixing, preferably with samples, stucco, or grout materials

• Ability to perceive the full color spectrum

• Basic computer skills and strong math skills (fractions, decimals and conversions)
