About the Role:

We are looking for a candidate that will be at the forefront of our financial strategy, partnering with our sales and success teams to drive revenue growth and optimize our go-to-market operations. You will bring your deep financial expertise, analytical mindset, and collaborative spirit to provide critical insights, support strategic decision-making, and enhance our financial performance.

Responsibilities:

+ + Develop and implement financial strategies to support GTM initiatives and drive revenue growth

  • Partner with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations for business decisions

  • Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting processes for GTM functions

  • Oversee financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case development for GTM projects

  • Monitor and report on key financial metrics, performance indicators, and ROI for GTM activities

  • Conduct variance analysis and identify drivers of financial performance to inform strategic actions

  • Collaborate with GTM leaders to align financial goals with business objectives

  • Lead internal projects and new business opportunities based on modeling

  • Provide financial guidance and support to GTM leaders, facilitating informed decision-making.

  • Drive initiatives to optimize pricing, sales compensation

  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for executive leadership

  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems

  • Develop and enhance financial reporting tools and processes to improve data visibility and decision-making

  • Build scalable processes and systems to provide transparency and efficiency across the organization

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in sales finance or revenue-focused roles at a SaaS or high-growth technology company

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, strategic finance, business operations, or related fields

  • High analytical skills with a strong aptitude and enthusiasm for complex problem-solving involving financial modeling and working with large data sets

  • Has experience and passion for hyper-growth SaaS and/or enterprise software business models and collaborating with SaaS sales teams

  • Has proven experience working cross-functionally and is a thoughtful collaborator and great listener, keenly focused on understanding business challenges, building strong relationships, and driving impact

  • Can communicate complex financial concepts with precision and clarity

  • Displays a high level of genuine curiosity about our business, exhibits eagerness to learn, and is biased toward action

  • Demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch
