Your Career

You are a subject matter expert in equity administration and equity platform(s) utilization, and are willing to educate and coach other team members. You are self-motivated, fast learner, have the ability to understand and analyze the big picture of our function yet have eagle eye for details, excel at drafting communications and equity materials, as well as project management, have a track record of driving operational excellence, and are an excellent team player within our Global Equity Programs team. Our team supports Palo Alto Networks’ global equity programs: Restricted Stock Units, Performance Awards, and an amazing Employee Stock Purchase Plan! and our employees in over 60 countries…and we are continuing to grow!

Your Impact

  • Manage our grant process end-to-end, including complexities associated with performance metrics achievement and deferred awards (at enrollment and distributions) partner with our compensation team to introduce compliant and effective processes

  • Contribute new ideas to help us innovate and transform existing programs/processes and introduce new programs, to enable a flexible, scalable and compliant global equity programs function at Palo Alto Networks - drive process improvements in all areas of our team

  • Develop global employee services function, including office hours, managing our equity intranet page, and develop presentation materials and communications for employee education - develop a framework (communications, education, inquiry/case handling) to support to our Israel equity offerings

  • Co-lead equity enablement in new countries

  • Collaborate with team in handling employee inquiries, to maintain or exceed service level agreements

  • Act as back-up for other functional areas of our team (ESPP and global compliance filings) and train other team members, to help you expand your skill set and grow in your career, while also helping us establish back-up support within our team

Your Experience

  • Experience in public company equity administration at company with complex global equity programs

  • Solid understanding of equity administration function and ability to troubleshoot equity transaction issues arising from RSUs, PSUs, Stock Options, ESPP

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, eagle eye for details

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written), and organizational/project management skills

  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to our process improvements and innovation - status quo is your worst nightmare!

  • Advanced MS Excel skills and ability to navigate various platforms

  • Deep understanding of equity platform(s)

  • Certified Equity Professional (Level 3) designation

  • Working within a collaborative team environment

  • Self-motivated, flexible, deadline-oriented, collaborative, and a great team player!

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $140,400/yr to $227,050/yr.
