Team description: The innovation & growth product management team within the Risk business unit is a newly created product function with the carter to accelerate top-line growth and radically improve the value delivered and competitiveness of the portfolio products in the BU. This team is responsible for identifying strategic new market opportunities leveraging technology such as GenAI, designing, and prototyping new product solutions closely with customers, partners, and internal business unit stakeholders, bringing the product to the market and driving adoption.

Role Description: We are seeking a talented Inbound Product Manager to join the innovation and growth product management team. As a Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing our innovation, accelerating the adoption of our existing products, and developing new products that will unlock growth, leveraging your deep understanding of the technological landscape and GRC programs. This is an exciting opportunity to lead product innovation, drive strategic initiatives, and make a significant impact on our journey to becoming the defining enterprise software company of the 21st century.

  • Lead product strategy that sets us up for success as we look to grow to $10B+ in revenue

  • Design in-product features that help raise awareness, enhance user experience, and increase adoption

  • Leverage your deep understanding of the latest trends and technological advancements, such as Generative AI, to build and deliver industry-leading value and outcomes for GRC programs.

  • Actively engage with customers to understand their needs, build strong relationships, and deliver customer-centric solutions, particularly for Risk business leaders and practitioners.

  • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance developer satisfaction.

  • Design in-product features that help raise awareness, enhance user experience, and increase adoption.

  • Assume leadership responsibilities as an accountable owner who is committed to the outcome regardless of the role or organizational boundaries

  • Work with multiple teams to guide projects through development and bring high-quality products to life

  • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions

  • Develop multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences.

To be successful in this role you have:

  • 8+ years of software product management experience

  • Experience defining and capturing product requirements and transforming them into a product roadmap

  • Deep curiosity about customer needs and a track record in building customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

  • Drive solution development through big-picture solution development

  • Knowledge of GRC processes, users and evolution of the market and user needs.

  • Experience in developing and/or delivering GRC products & solutions across technology, non-technology, compliance management and ESG management.

  • 3+ years post-MBA work experience at a top management consulting firm (McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group (BCG)) with specialization/focus in GRC strongly preferred

FD21

For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
