Nvidia Senior Strategic Partnerships Manager, EPG in Santa Clara, California

NVIDIA's accelerated computing platform has transformed data center computing. It's the engine fueling the modern artificial intelligence revolution and is broadly deployed in enterprise, cloud and the largest supercomputers in the world. The NVIDIA Enterprise Product Group (EPG) is building NVIDIAs enterprise AI partnerships - we are looking for a high-energy strategic partnership professional that has experience being the trusted partner of product teams to develop the capacity and capability of our growing strategic partner ecosystem.

This role will evaluate, recruit, develop, and manage new strategic generative AI product partnerships, business opportunities, and initiatives across application, data, platform and AI ecosystem partners. You are responsible for setting mutual goals, strategies, and objectives to make it successful. This position aligns with our enterprise go to market (GTM) organization to drive mutual success and product organization to deliver joint solutions that move the needle. You likely have a product management background in cloud services, enterprise software, databases technologies and/or data center technologies, an understanding of AI and machine learning, and experience working with sales and marketing teams to bring new services and products to market!

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, source, recruit, build, launch and promote mutually effective strategic partnerships driving NVIDIA software, hardware, and services offerings.

  • Lead the cross functional team as the NVIDIA PIC (pilot in command) to ensure success across engineering. product management, solutions architects, marketing, legal, business development and ecosystem teams.

  • Find opportunities to integrate NVIDIA offerings and craft differentiated software solutions, unique value propositions and effective co-selling motion for our joint customers.

  • Work closely with our strategic partners to build a GTM plan for the partnership to drive mutual success including revenue.

  • Partner with sales, product manager, marketing and other teams to build insight into specific channels and market segments for leading partnerships.

  • Work with the NVIDIA product and engineering team to develop solutions that address the needs of customers and partners alike.

  • Form relationships with channel and OEM partners. Build solid understanding of their ecosystem and technical solution, the value NVIDIA enterprise software products add to their business and solution, and challenges in growing business with them.

  • Articulate the end-to-end ecosystem in specific segments and/or partners, the problem our customer and partners need to solve and their challenges, and the role and value of our products.

What we need to see:

  • 12+ years of work experience, including 5+ years in product and technology business development or alliance work with major technology companies and innovative start-ups.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in technology or equivalent experience.

  • Experience working with popular database and storage solutions including relational (Oracle, Posgresql, MySQL), NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra), cloud (Azure SQL, RDS, Cloud SQL), modern (BigQuery, Spanner, Cockroach, InfluxDB, ArangoDB), and Vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Zilliz, Weaviate, Kinetica).

  • Proven success in building and leading end-to-end partnerships including solution definition, business case, partnership agreements, value proposition, sales enablement, and joint marketing. Ability to drive technical engagement and product collaboration with strategic startups and enterprise companies to support partners’ technology, product and solution development with NVIDIA Generative AI offerings including LLMs, LVMs, VLMs, and emerging trends

  • Strong analytical, marketing and project management skills - a drive for results and a history of successful execution on projects.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven track record to speak with and present to developers, customers, partners and senior business executives including C-suite leaders

  • Experienced strategic problem solver, capable of articulating considerations in foundational technical and business decisions and ability to structure and negotiate complex agreements, including interpreting legal documents and working with attorneys to complete agreements.

  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority with external partners and internal cross-functional teams at all levels.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • MBA, MS or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering or similar field

  • Experience with AWS, Google Cloud Services or Azure

  • Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, high-performance computing

  • Current knowledge of the Gen AI ecosystem and the key players. Familiarity with Accelerated computing (GPU’s), LLM’s, RAG pipelines etc. and the dynamics driving this phase shift

The base salary range is 220,000 USD - 339,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
