Nvidia Senior Service Product Manager, Strategic NCP and OEM in Santa Clara, California

Enterprise customers demand high quality and differentiated service options, and timely service response to meet their business demands. Our team is responsible for the Enterprise Service portfolio of service products, service tools, enablement training, service renewals and metrics globally to support our worldwide Enterprise Customers! We are also responsible to identify and own the Enterprise Services pipeline, inclusive of support, professional and training services. You will lead a significant portion of this services portfolio, passionate about defining and delivering strategic services to key customer and partner segments, driving it as a business including publishing status, metrics and service transition planning. Additionally, we deliver competitive analysis supporting the service catalog, which reflects existing services available to end users and/or partners.

What you will deliver:

  • Develop strategic service products specific to our NCP-NVIDIA Cloud Partner and OEM business, by identifying potential service offerings, generating requirements and specifications, including competitive services pricing as well as driving service benchmarking!

  • Evaluate customer ecosystem, analyze the technology and business resources and identify networking specific services requirements

  • You will help drive NCP/ OEM engagement, sell in report and their net promotor score management and improvement as the need arises

What we need to see:

  • Results driven, capable of working in both a strategic and tactical environment, with ability to influence at all levels of the service business

  • Interactive, engaged both internally and externally across sales, service and operations teams, and with global partner community

  • Understanding of enterprise cloud business and it’s ecosystem

  • Detailed understanding of Service Structures, Service Operations, pricing, positioning and various routes to market

  • Deep understanding of channel strategy, management and development of service partners, including all aspects of delivery, operations and process design excellence

  • Masters or equivalent experience in business and/or technical field

  • 8+ years of previous experience in networking and service-related field

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Prior experience and proven leadership in services industry and understand their ecosystems and key players

  • Prior experiences in enterprise services, especially in software and or/ cloud space

  • Outstanding success in leading multi-functional teams, driving and delivering business critical service initiatives

  • Ability to be effectively engaged, work in areas that may be outside the standard job description to accomplish the job.

  • Good track record in leading multi-functional teams, driving and delivering business crucial service initiatives

The base salary range is 160,000 USD - 253,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
