Nvidia Senior Global Business Development Technical Manager – AI RAN in Santa Clara, California

NVIDIA is the engine of modern artificial intelligence, the biggest technology breakthrough of our time, and is transforming industries. We are seeking an Industry Business Development (IBD) for AI RAN to join our outstanding team preferably in Santa Clara, CA, USA. As an IBD for AI RAN, you will have a vital role evangelizing the adoption of AI RAN with Telecommunication Carriers around the globe and with RAN ecosystem partners. This position offers a distinctive opportunity to help drive the adoption of the next generation RAN infrastructure that will support AI in parallel to the RAN, within the RAN itself and on top of the RAN.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Qualify, develop, and onboard NVIDIA AI RAN customers around the world.

  • Drive new AI revenue opportunities for Telcos adoption AI RAN architecture leveraging the NVIDIA Ecosystem.

  • Cultivate productive collaborations with NVIDIA ecosystem - lead all aspects of business advancement, measuring performance, and fostering executive relationships.

  • Create and present the value proposition; identify and prioritize key target customers and work to educate ecosystem partners as a multiplier.

  • Collaborating closely with product and marketing teams to promote NVIDIA AI RAN success stories; develop case studies, participate in industry events to drive awareness.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a leading University or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience in/with the Cloud/Hyperscale business, technology, and ecosystem.

  • Familiarity / experience with AI, Generative AI and Accelerated Computing.

  • 12+ overall years of experience with RAN / ORAN technology.

  • Quality experience in collaborating with partner ecosystems.

  • Ability to present technical information both to engineering and to the C-Suite.

  • The ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% of the time.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Master's degree and/or MBA is preferred, although equivalent experience will also be considered.

  • Work experience with top tier Network Equipment providers

  • Proven track record of innovation and successful implementations of AI / Accelerated Computing.

The cash compensation range is 224,000 USD - 356,500 USD, with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions.
