What you get to do in this role: * * * *

  • Serve as the finance partner to the President of WW Sales to provide strategic financial insights that directly influence global sales strategy and execution

  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and P&L reporting processes for the WW Sales organization

  • Collaborate across Sales, Planning, and Strategy to help design and implement financial frameworks that help drive resource allocation, identify untapped market opportunities and optimize our global go-to-market approach

  • Lead ROI, Geo P&L Modeling, and benchmarking analyses to ensure capital and headcount investments deliver maximum business impact

  • Build and develop a high-performing finance team that serves as trusted strategic advisors to the sales organization

  • Champion finance transformation initiatives that elevate the strategic value of the finance function across the sales organization

  • Drive process improvements to help lead insights driven planning, and drive operational efficiency

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

  • 10+ years of experience in finance with focus on GTM, and SaaS businesses

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field

  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence to transform financial analysis, forecasting accuracy, and strategic decision-making

  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS business models and GTM finance, with ability to identify key performance levers

  • Exceptional communication skills with proven ability to influence C-suite decisions through financial insights

  • Track record of leading complex change initiatives in matrix organizations

  • Advanced financial modeling and analytical capabilities that translate into business-critical recommendations

  • Strong proven leadership and management skills to direct, guide and mentor highly skilled teams.

  • Ability to drive common vision, practices, and capabilities across organizations and teams

  • Problem solving expertise and analytical skills with the ability to communicate effectively

  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $162,600 - $284,600, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
