Nvidia Retail Channel Marketing Manager in Santa Clara, California

We are looking for an experienced Retail Channel Marketing Manager to join our North America Channel Marketing Team in support of our GeForce, AI PC, Studio & SHIELD consumer product lines at leading r/etailers. In this role you will work closely with the Sales & Channel Teams to provide strategic leadership against a portfolio of r/etail partners.

The Retail Channel Marketing Manager fills a pivotal role at NVIDIA, working to ensure that retailer specific programs are developed and implemented to achieve both NVIDIA and retail partner objectives. The Retail Channel Marketing Manager uses their expertise to partner with key collaborators to build programs that drive sales of NVIDIA ecosystem products. The Retail Marketing Manager is tightly coordinated within the assigned account team and provides project management expertise to ensure that strategic plans are built and tactics are balanced to complete on time and on budget. The Retail Channel Marketing Manager stays on the groundbreaking of the industry’s technology and business practices, helping to define new and more effective ways to engage consumers and sell NVIDIA products thru the retail channel.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develops promotional plans for assigned retailers, works with Sales team to gain retailer approval, and project balances deliverables to ensure on time and on budget execution.

  • In collaboration with partners, paints a strategic vision of what GeForce/AI PC/Studio/Shield products should be in assigned retailers and drives initiatives that support that vision. Brand presence and promotional activity speaks to each retailer’s core customers, driving sales to achieve NVIDIA’s & retailer’s objectives.

  • Partner in quarterly planning process. Responsible for leading and influencing NVIDIA’s cross-functional teams in support of NVIDIA’s business objectives and assigned retailer’s objectives. Ensures strategic alignment and carries out timelines on projects in assigned retailers to ensure successful and timely execution.

  • Responsible for sell-thru of GeForce/AI PC/Studio/Shield products thru retailer and online locations. Develops and delivers innovative retailer and product-specific recommendations for product placement and promotions.

  • Applies business analytics to measure success of programs and make modifications/recommendations for future programs. Communicates insights to key decision-makers to help shape the future of the business.

  • Subject matter authoritative on the opportunities, challenges and processes for assigned accounts. Establishes and communicates resources specific to assigned accounts for the use of the entire Sales & Marketing organization. Specifically, key retailer contact lists, timelines for specific initiatives, key retailer calendar dates such as events, promos, resets, etc.

  • Maintains constant awareness of the constantly evolving environment and opportunities in assigned retailers. Brings forward innovative ideas for promoting NVIDIA's ecosystem of products.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years consumer electronics retail marketing experience with shown history of accomplishment in the areas of channel marketing, marketing management, product marketing, project management, or sales management.

  • Strong customer/partner relationship management skills.

  • Excellent communicator with strong presentation skills.

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and self-prioritize workload.

  • Flexibility to update plans on a moment’s notice and adapt in response to the market and changing priorities.

  • Outstanding attention to detail in your own work and others.

  • Thrives on finding solutions to complex problems.

  • Experienced in developing and balancing joint and coop funded marketing programs with retailers.

  • Knowledge of and passion for consumer electronics and/or PC Gaming industry.

The base salary range is 140,000 USD - 224,250 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
