Location: Santa Clara, CA

Job Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay: $30-$35/hr

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process chemical orders, entering them accurately into the inventory system.

• Identify, re-name, and barcode chemicals for proper tracking and storage.

• Prepare chemicals for transport, delivery, or shipment, including repacking as needed.

• Fulfill daily chemical orders for customers and researchers.

• Maintain and update inventory records and ensure regulatory safety compliance.

• Stage expired chemicals for disposal and keep accurate disposal records.

• Deliver and pick up stockroom orders to/from labs.

• Prepare shipping paperwork for internal and external shipments.

• Follow SOPs and adhere to safety and compliance standards.

• Perform other duties related to inventory and order management as required.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; degree in Logistics or related field preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in procurement, logistics, or order management.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Access), SAP experience a plus.
