Job Summary:

The Event Security Program Manager, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will oversee the event planning and coordination for the team. The Program Manager manages projects, maintains open communication and collaboration with various stakeholders, as well as the completion of administrative and service level functions such as metric tracking, reporting, and business review meetings. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (remote/client locations).

Essential Functions:

  1. Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.

  2. Serve as the main point of contact and leadership decision maker for event operations.

  3. Function as primary liaison between Pinkerton and the client for all personnel and financial concerns and ensure all service requirements are met and/or exceeded.

  4. Organize and lead staff meetings, cross functional team meetings, and special events.

  5. Perform various managerial duties including the overview and approval of work schedules to maximize the effectiveness of the department.

  6. Manage full administrative control and responsibility for all personnel actions including hiring and pipeline training, mentorship, employee performance, quarterly and annual performance reviews, and timecard approvals.

  7. Act as Project Manager and ensure all employees are meeting deadlines and goals, complete regular meetings to track progress, and assist/escalate when needed.

  8. Conduct resource, capacity planning, financial forecasting, modeling, and other supporting documentation to assess and recommend for client consideration, while collaborating directly with the Account Manager and client on all aspects.

  9. Maintain knowledge and awareness of all SOW clauses to ensure all deliverables are met.

  10. Establish and oversee service level management function through preparation and client presentation of monthly service reviews, quarterly business reviews, and formalized SLA reporting.

  11. Oversee underpinning KPIs and operational metrics and review at established intervals.

  12. Conduct service level review meetings with the client on a regular cadence.

  13. Monitor adherence to established SLAs, SLOs, and KPIs and operational metrics.

  14. Baseline, recommend, and negotiate changes when appropriate to support the SOW.

  15. Provide travel support for high profile/risk events, as required globally.

  16. All other duties, as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Certifications:

Bachelor's degree, preferred with five or more years of military or law enforcement experience including an advanced understanding of event threats and risks within a corporate security environment. Salary & Benefits Information:

Rate of pay: $130000 / year.
