About the Role: As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of financial processes. You will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining vendor relationships. This opportunity allows you to contribute to a collaborative team environment and make a meaningful impact to an organization's success.
Key Responsibilities:
Process a high volume of invoices accurately and efficiently
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Communicate effectively with vendors to address inquiries and resolve payment issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Assist in month-end close processes and provide support for financial reporting as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts payable.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and major ERP system.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
