Job Title: Exterior Painter

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expertise in painting stucco walls, wood trim, and other exterior surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, caulking, and applying putty as needed.

• Operate spray guns and other painting tools to apply paint evenly on various exterior surfaces.

• Paint stucco walls, wood trim, and other exterior surfaces to achieve a high-quality finish.

• Ensure all painting tasks are completed with precision and attention to detail.

Essential Skills

• Sprayer experience is a must.

• Experience with paint preparation, including sanding and applying putty.

• Proficiency in using painting tools such as spray guns, mini roller handles, and caulking guns.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Good attitude and strong work ethic.

Work Environment

This position involves working outdoors, primarily at The Crossing Chino Hills site. Proper work attire, including work boots, is required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Ana, California.
