Job Title: Exterior Painter - Huntington Beach

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Exterior Painter with sprayer experience for a project at Beach Pointe Apartments in Huntington Beach, CA. The role involves painting stucco walls, wood trim, and other exterior surfaces. Candidates must have a good attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Paint preparation including sanding and caulking.

• Use of spray gun, paint gun, and other painting tools.

• Painting stucco walls and wood trim.

• Performing drywall work as needed.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience with spray painting equipment.

• Proficient in paint preparation and application techniques.

• Ability to work with tools such as a mini roller handle, putty knife, caulking gun, extension pole, and utility knife.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Must have a good attitude and work ethic.

• Ability to pass a 4-panel drug screen.

• No felonies in the past 7 years.

The work is performed outdoors at Beach Pointe Apartments in Huntington Beach, CA. Proper work boots and personal painting tools, including a two-gallon bucket, good quality brush, and other specified tools, are required.
