Job Title: Survey CAD Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Survey CAD Technician to create and maintain accurate survey drawings using MicroStation. This individual is responsible for the production of maps and drawings. The major objectives are the quality (accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity) of work, meeting schedules, within budgets, and responsive service to clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of maps and drawings to cover all details so that quality, budgets, and schedules are met.

• Downloading/uploading field data, technical production of maps and drawings using various software platforms,

• Communicating with the project team.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of experience in MicroStation

• Design survey processing and survey computation

• Trimble Business Center

• EFB Data and GPS processing

• Planning, boundary, surveys, ALTA/ACSM Land Title surveys, topographic surveys, transportation

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Sanford, Florida.
