Bonner General Health is a Critical Access Hospital with inpatient departments including Surgical Services, Obstetrics, Medical-Surgical, Intensive Care, Emergency and multitude of outpatients clinics and services. Compared to other Critical Access facilities, we are quite busy! Annually we have approximately 10,000 emergency visits, 300 births, 2000 surgical procedures and 1500 in-patient admissions.

The Department of Nursing Services (DNS) Hospital Supervisor role is a fast-paced dynamic position. The person who holds the role is integral to hospital leadership and works in the absence of management to facilitate the operations of the hospital during the night on weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate has the technical nursing experience and skill set to maintain the functionality of the hospital. Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred

Experience: Minimum of three (3) years experience as charge nurse, supervisor or manager in an acute care setting; Management experience or documented background

Licensure/Certifications: Current Idaho RN license; ACLS, PALS required; Procedural Sedation, NRP and TNCC preferred
