LOCATION: Sandersville and Tennille , GA
SHIFT: Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:30pm
STARTING PAY: $23.25 an hour
BONUS: $1,500.00 Paid out over 90 days: 30 days-$300 - 60 days-$500.00 - 90 days- $700.00

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain resin systems, vacuum loaders, and clean filters, making necessary repairs.
Ensure the upkeep of support equipment such as tape feeders, spiral units, extruders, vacuum tanks, pullers, reelers, air systems, and water systems.
Provide assistance to all departments during breakdowns.
Perform tooling changes for the extrusion department as required by order changes.
Utilize a volt meter to check and replace fuses, motor starters, relays, pumps, motors, and troubleshoot faulty electric circuits.
Assist the general maintenance crew in equipment rebuilds, plant shutdowns, and new equipment installations.

Follow all safety requirements for the position.
Perform any other duties as directed by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of two years of experience in mechanical maintenance.
Ability to perform simple math and take measurements, understanding basic tool use.
Capability to read and comprehend work instructions and safety documents.
Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of power transmission equipment, including bearings, gears, sprockets, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and pumps.
Proficiency in using various hand and power tools required for the position, including wrenches, torches, volt meters, drill press, and band saw.
Some electrical ability is preferred.
Familiarity with plumbing.
Good knowledge of state and local safety codes.
