Robert Half is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist on behalf of our esteemed non-profit client located in San Ramon, CA. This is a temporary-to-hire position that offers a fantastic opportunity for wealth of experience in the non-profit sector.

Job Summary:

The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to, managing all aspects of the accounts receivable process, including billing, collections, and reporting activities.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

• Prepare and distribute invoices and manage regular billing cycles

• Maintain accounts receivable records and customer files

• Conduct account research and analysis

• Ensure accurate and efficient receipt of payments

• Play a key role in the month-end close process

• Resolve any discrepancies or irregularities in financial entries, documents, and reports

  Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in accounts receivable or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as QuickBooks

• Exceptional Organizational and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
