Compensation:
- Base salary with a generous commission and bonus structure.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Educate potential customers about the benefits and differences that ALLO fiber services offer and how they improve their quality of life.
- We train our sales representatives to be consultants and determine our potential customers needs and pain points and offer solutions to them through our products and services.
- After you make the sale, you will enter it into our website.
- Provide our marketing team with competitive insights based on what youve learned while working in the field.
- When you arent knocking on doors, you will have the opportunity to work at various sales events, home shows, and business events.
- Opportunities to work in other ALLO communities will be available.
- Up to 25-50% Travel between Markets.
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
- Good news! You don\'t need experience to begin a career in sales at ALLO. We welcome go-getters of all types and levels of work experience.
- Experience in a retail customer service or sales role a plus.

- Willingness to work flexible hours,including evenings and weekends when most people are home.
- Valid driver\'s license, car insurance, a satisfactory driving record and use of a reliable personal vehicle.
- Ability to work outdoor in adverse weather conditions.
- A professional appearance and friendly demeanor.
