Description

Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Shipping and Receiving tasks, harmonizing schedules, and remedying issues related to transportation. The job requires collaboration with the Logistics, Warehouse, and Operations sectors to assure the punctual receipt, transfer, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

· Shipping and Receiving actions to guarantee prompt delivery and receipt of materials and goods

· Collaborates with Logistics and Customer Service to schedule outbound deliveries from all warehouse locations based on present inventory levels and production capacity.

· Organizes the receiving schedules for all inbound raw materials and packaging while keeping and updating records as per Logistics, Warehousing and Purchasing protocols.

· Provides daily reports concerning shipment info, receipts, transfers and any related inconsistencies to relevant stakeholders like Warehouse Manager, Logistics Managers, Logistics Director, Purchasing Manager.

· Oversees daily flow of inbound, outbound and transfer traffic through coordination with all vital parties: Logistics, Customer Service, Purchasing, Production and Warehousing.
