Description We are opening a position for an Executive Assistant in the assisted living industry located in San Leandro, California. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity. As an Executive Assistant, you will be providing a wide range of support across areas such as audits, human resources, marketing, vendor and documentation management, kitchen support, business management, and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the management of business operations

• Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation

• Assisting in human resources-related tasks

• Aiding in marketing initiatives

• Managing vendor relationships and negotiations

• Overseeing documentation and ensuring its proper management

• Providing support to the kitchen staff and generating necessary reports

• Assisting in the management and administration of budgets

• Generating and presenting reports as required

• Providing support in managing and forecasting budgets. Requirements • Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Proficiency in using Cisco Webex Meetings for virtual interactions

• Experience with Concur for travel and expense management

• Familiarity with CRM platforms for maintaining client relationships

• Prior usage of Kronos Timekeeping System for tracking employee hours

• Experience with About Time for project management purposes

• Excellent calendar management skills, with the ability to coordinate executive schedules

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience managing and coordinating conference calls

• Ability to handle correspondence accurately and swiftly

• Proficiency in vendor management for smooth business operations

• Experience working in an assisted living community is a plus

• Familiarity with the operations and management of assisted living residences.
