Deloitte Reporting & Analytics Specialist in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Work You'll Do:

  • Data Understanding and Structure

  • Formulate and implement financial reporting requirements.

  • Quarterly Progress Reports (QPRs): Prepare QPRs and other reports related to disaster funds.

  • Compliance Reports: Assist in the development of compliance reports for management and regulatory authorities.

  • Report Development: Design and develop reports that meet identified requirements, incorporating data visualization techniques.

  • Testing and Validation: Test and validate reports for accuracy and performance.

  • Document Management: Maintain organized records of site visit documentation, risk assessments, and compliance reviews.

  • Dashboards and Transparency: Develop dashboards and reports to promote transparency, efficiency, and accountability.

  • Record Retention: Maintain all records related to products, transactions, or services

  • Assist in the development of reports for management and regulatory authorities of Subrecipient's performance, programs, activities, grants data and other identified requirements.

  • Providing documentation and training materials for the developed reports.

  • Providing ongoing support and data updates for the developed reports.

  • Submit/upload Subawards to the applicable regulatory entities.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role.

  • Must be local to Puerto Rico and able to come on client site in San Juan, PR for 1-2 times every 2 weeks

  • Must be able to speak Spanish

  • 3+ years of experience with data analytics to include:

  • Building models and identifying trends in data

  • 3+ years of experience with Excel to include:

  • Pivot Tables, V Lookups or Formulas within Excel

    Preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience with Power Query, Power Pivot, or PowerBI

  • 1+ year of experience building dashboards with Tableau

  • 1+ year of experience with data visualization and building dashboard in Excel

  • 1+ year of experience with Visual Basic
