A Brief Overview

This position is very intensive in customer services and incumbent is responsible for planning, organizing, and maintaining daily delivery of assigned tasks. Participate very actively in different projects within the Commercial Banking Operations and other Bank units and ensures compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. The Commercial Loans Processing Officer provides administrative and operational support to the Department/Unit in line with established services and performance goals. Work under strict deadlines and production schedule environment.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• · Delivers and promotes a high level of service satisfaction to internal customers by inspiring and demonstrating a professional and courteous behavior, offering feedback, assistance on time and understanding internal/external customer’s needs.

• · Proactive management of all Internal/External Audits and Other regulatory revisions. Get Samples on time as requested by Auditors and participate in the development of action plans to fix any finding.

• · Responsible for the preparation and analysis of unit statistics.

• · Responsible for the Federal Reserve Borrower in Custody Program monthly report submission.

• · Assist unit manager with the ratification and revision of SOX subsequent reviews as needed.

• · Coordinate monthly index update of interests in commercial and construction systems, in addition when the prime rate changes.

• · Assist Unit Manager in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.

• · Responsible for maintaining updated procedures that reflect the processing flows and controls.

• · Responsible for maintaining updated contingency plans for the unit.

• · Designate as backup authorized signer for Unit GL entries, when needed.

• · Manages/coordinates other major projects related to Commercial Loan Processing.

• · Support the other units that make up Commercial Banking Operation.

• · Support Commercial Loan Manager Assistants in all activities related to the administration and maintenance of loans in the CLCS systems.

• · Analyze Loan payment history when needed to identify discrepancies and define adjustments needed to normalized loans.

• · Perform other tasks assigned by the unit manager.

  What You’ll Need:

• · A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, or, at least three (3) to five (5) years of experience in a similar job is required or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job is required.
