Triple-S Administrative Assistant in San Juan, Puerto Rico

Compose and types memos, letters, reports, graphics, tables and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.• Answer, generates, screen or transfer phone calls to appropriate parties or take messages.• Attend meetings to record minutes and transcribe them.• Greets and screen visitors to determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals.• Schedule appointments maintain office calendar and may coordinate travel arrangements.• Direct or resolve problems/situations brought by the providers and insurers to the Office of the Board of Directors.• Open, read, sort and route incoming mail and reports, answer correspondence, plan their distribution and prepare outgoing mail.• Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, filing and photocopying documents, among others.• Prepare various reports to be used in different operational areas.• Perform other tasks and projects in support to the Division as requested by the manager.• Must assist in any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor and which are essential to the position.• Does not have supervisor responsibilitiesAssociate Degree in Office Administration or Secretarial Science or at least 60-64 college credits with 1 to 3 years of office work experience.
