The Retail Senior Account Manager will be accountable for identifying and closing sales opportunities within the Retail vertical accounts. This position serves to strategically cross-sell Zebra's product portfolio with an emphasis on next generation EAI (Enterprise Asset Intelligence) Technology. You will be expected to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts and leverage those relationships to Zebra’s advantage.

This is a remote role required to be based in the US. Preferential consideration will be given to qualified applicants that reside near/around San Francisco or Northern California. Willing to consider applicants that reside in the PacNW states (Washington and Oregon). 50% travel to be expected.

  • Business and Financial Impact - Responsible for revenue attainment, margins where appropriate, and personal expenses

  • Relative Size and Scope - Average to high individual quota for business in like roles or strategic growth potential to be there within a year or two

  • Types of Projects - Moderately complex deals with a few large, complex deals

  • Strategic Impact for Zebra - High in near term; medium in mid-term

Qualifications:

Minimum requirements:

  • Bachelors or equivalent experience

  • 5 + years experience in B2B technology sales, preferably end-user

  • Must reside in the US, specifically near/around San Francisco or Northern California. Willing to consider applicants that reside in the PacNW states (Washington and Oregon). 50% travel to be expected.

    Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience selling into the Retail vertical highly preferred

  • Ability work remotely with minimum direction/guidance

  • Helps develop Zebra technical solutions; expert in some areas

  • Leads teams in development of advanced solution selling concepts and partnership creation; proven sales success only

  • Full knowledge of all relevant business policies and practices; strong ability to energize and lead others

Salary: USD 93000.00 - USD 139600.00 Yearly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
