Opportunity Overview

At Teradyne, our Cooperative Education and Internship program is designed to deliver meaningful, challenging and real-life work experiences that are relevant to your career and academic goals. Our program offers practical work experience in a business environment, with the opportunity to contribute and add value to the organization.

As a Timing Calibration Engineering Co-op, you will be responsible for design, implementation, testing and operations support for Magnum system software.

Duties include the design and implementation of new features, using C, and/or C++, unit testing and verification of the code.

The ideal start date is summer 2024, with the option to extend through the fall on a full-time or part-time basis.

The ideal candidate will be a current college student working towards a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

• Course work involving developing software applications that control hardware products

• Solid grasp of Object-Oriented Design and software data structures

• C/C+

• • General knowledge of the software development process

• Ability and interest in working with hardware engineers and cross functional teams

• Solid grasp of hardware engineering basic concepts.

• Solid grasp of basic networking concepts

• Some familiarity with signal integrity concepts

• Solid understanding of a basic computing platform.
