Hourly $45.00

Join our dynamic team at the forefront of one of today’s most exciting technologies. We are seeking a Senior Administrative Assistant for the CEO Office to provide top-notch support in a fast-paced and rapidly evolving environment.

Responsibilities

As the Senior Administrative Assistant , you will report to and partner with the Sr. Manager, CEO Office, to execute a wide range of support activities, including:

  • Managing multiple tasks such as running business errands, scheduling meetings, invoicing/billing, preparing for meetings, and overseeing special projects and events.

  • Ensuring administrative tasks are completed efficiently, including expense report processing, purchase orders, maintaining records, and organizing administrative files.

  • Coordinating logistics for customer events, including meals and refreshments, often involving the CEO.

Skills and Experience

Required:

  • Proven experience in a corporate environment supporting VP-level leadership.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment.

  • Expertise in managing complex travel itineraries.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook Calendar, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately capture notes, action items, and follow-ups.

  • Positive attitude, professional discretion, and sound judgment.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Proven ability to maintain confidentiality regarding CEO office matters.

  • Availability to be on-call 7 days a week, with a company-paid mobile device.

Preferred:

  • Experience with event coordination and project management.

Education and Experience

  • High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of administrative assistant experience.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to bend, lift up to 20 lbs., and walk for extended periods.

  • Must possess a valid driver’s license, a reliable vehicle, and the ability to run errands as needed.

Pay Details: $45.00 per hour
