Create Jenkin jobs for test suites and designing CI/CD infrastructure to validate automated white-box and black-box tests to fully test the implementations for new high-performance mass storage controllers. Work closely with engineering project management, fellow firmware test engineers, firmware/test developers, and system hardware design engineers to solve crossfunctional design issues. Work closely with the Test & firmware development team working in an Agile development process. Validate the test plans and test cases that team develop will use white-box testing methodology to fully validate firmware functionality on a module by module basis as the firmware is being developed, and black-box testing to validate the full firmware implementation. Create test plans, define testing methods, specify required white box test interfaces, design test algorithms, and write Python test scripts to ensure security standards are followed and security protocols are correctly implemented. Test the firmware in a variety of environments including simulation, FPGA prototyping, and on prototype hardware. Creating Execution Test suites for Weekly, daily & Nightly Execution. QA for new Execution tools & deploying in a mass environment. Continuous Integration & Continuous Development framework design and deployment for required projects. Analyzing and triaging test execution failures, Infrastructure related failures and quality data related to firmware products. Establishing working relationships with test & firmware development engineers to improve execution quality.

Employer will accept a Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field.

The US base salary range that Micron Technology, Inc. estimates it could pay for this full-time position is $144,200.00 - $190,000. For additional pay & benefits information, please refer to the requisition at Micron.com/careers.
