InGenesis is seeking an MSP Support Specialist to work for our corporate office supporting our client in San Jose, CA. The MSP Support Specialist will be responsible for the onsite daily operational tasks in the delivery of Talent Solutions for InGenesis’ Program Office. Job Responsibilities • Offer comprehensive support to ensure program adherence and system functionality. • Support Hiring Managers with job posting creation. • Utilize VMS to provide accurate information. • Engage in the seamless integration of new hires, facilitating orientation and requisite assistance. • Monitor job posting approvals and escalate issues. • Ensure job posting accuracy prior to releasing to suppliers. • Communicate and support customer-specific programs to secondary suppliers. • Maintain system dashboards and ensure program SLAs are met. • Coordinate candidate interviews and provide assignment details to suppliers. • Monitor and extend work orders in VMS. • Respond to supplier inquiries. • Manage all issues related to time entry and approval. • Ensure compliance with client procurement policies, guidelines, and processes. • Oversee attendance and promptly notify the client of callouts at assigned posts, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. • Build sustainable relationships and trust with the client and contingent workers through open and interactive communication. Minimum Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong ability to build professional relationships with clients. • Strong organizational and professional skills. • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office products. • Must have excellent communication skills – both written and oral. • Experience in a fast-paced environment, managing a large volume of assignments. • Previous experience in a customer support role or staffing industry. • VMS experience preferred.
