Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled, agile and experienced Senior Director of Media and Analyst Relations to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand's visibility and reputation among key stakeholders, including media, analysts, and the broader public. The ideal candidate is a world-class, hands-on media relations guru who effortlessly generates Tier 1 business press coverage while leading corporate communications functions for complex, multi-billion dollar enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:

· Proactively generate and shape compelling stories that break through the noise and resonate with our investor, customer and ecosystem audiences.

· Develop and execute a brilliant and comprehensive media and analyst relations strategy to enhance brand awareness, preference and innovation leadership.

· Build and maintain deep personal connections with top tier 1 business, trade and broadcast press worldwide.

· Lead and manage the media and analyst relations team, ensuring effective strategy implementation and achieving exceptional outcomes.

· Serve as a press spokesperson, adept at navigating complex inquiries and shaping positive narratives.

· Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment between corporate goals and media relations activities.

· Oversee crisis communications planning and response, ensuring swift and strategic action to protect the brand's reputation.

· Utilize a large and deep network of press and analyst relationships to influence coverage and positioning of the company.

Required Qualifications:

· University degree in Public Relations, Communications, or Marketing

· Extensive experience leading communications functions within multi-billion dollar, Fortune 50 technology companies.

· Demonstrated expertise in the EDA industry, including products and GTM strategy.

· An expansive network of global press and analyst contacts that can be leveraged to support the company’s objectives.

· Exceptional team management and leadership skills.

Key Skills:

· Absolute mastery of media relations, strategy, and planning.

· In-depth knowledge of analyst relations and public relations best practices.

· Adept at crisis management and crafting responses under pressure.

· Proactive and collaborative approach to work.

· Outstanding interpersonal and writing skills, capable of crafting and communicating clear, impactful messages.

The annual salary range for California is $156,800 to $291,200. You may also be eligible to receive incentive compensation: bonus, equity, and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the salary range is a guideline and compensation may vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
