Job Title: Manufacturing Process Engineer

About the job:

FULL-TIME/PERMANENT

JOB FUNCTION: As a Manufacturing Process Engineer you will mainly responsible for improving and supporting equipment maintenance for all Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Wave-soldering machines.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

EXPERIENCE: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and SMT experience

LANGUAGE: English proficiency is required, Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

SKILLS:

  • Great verbal and written communication skills

  • Read and understand work orders and manufacturing work instructions

  • Knowledge of ISO-9001, ESD, SPC, and IPC-A-610

  • Strong knowledge and foundation of SMT, Wave-soldering, and electronic manufacturing

  • Attention to detail

  • Mathematical skills

  • Observational skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Define and document operation and preventive maintenance procedures for SMT and wave machines.

  2. Perform preventive maintenance for SMT machines.

  3. Create and maintained machine spare parts.

  4. Provide training to technician and operator on SMT machines.

  5. Design and implement new tools to help improve quality and productivity.

  6. Provide engineering support to production lines.

  7. Coordinate facilities work with the division.

Pay Details: $78,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
