Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for a Loan Administrator in the Corporate/Business Banking industry. This position is based in San Jose, California, 95112, United States. As a Loan Administrator, you will be tasked with duties related to the administration of commercial loans, including the transition of loan records from one platform to another.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct a thorough review of loan files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Transition loan records from the current platform to the new system, ncino, meticulously.

• Utilize your tech-savviness to navigate and operate efficiently in the new system, ncino.

• Ensure the accurate migration of records from the old system to the document manager in ncino.

• Constantly monitor and update customer accounts based on changes in their loan status.

• Process customer credit applications with precision and speed.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer credit records.

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries related to their loans effectively.

• Apply your knowledge in General Accounting to maintain accurate financial records.

• Leverage your skills in Data Entry to manage and enter large volumes of data accurately. Requirements • Possess strong data entry skills

• Proficient in general accounting practices and principles

• Experience in commercial loans and loan administration

• Understanding of corporate and business banking industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively

• Proficiency in using banking software and applications

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team

• Problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
