The Opportunity

As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you lead efforts in a range of integration concepts and methodologies, with hands-on experience in software applications-based solutions. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain top standards. You focus on building client relationships, developing a deeper understanding of the business context, and navigating increasingly complex situations to deliver quality work.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

  • Master's Degree preferred

  • Leading efforts in a range of integration concepts and methodologies

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams for process improvement

  • Customizing and configuring integration tools like Mule, Boomi, Apigee

  • Creating and maintaining thorough documentation

  • Troubleshooting and resolving integration issues

  • Conducting regular performance assessments of integration solutions

  • Supervising teams and seeking diverse views

  • Coaching staff and providing timely feedback

  • Professional Engineer (PE), Project Management Professional (PMP), and/or American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS)

The salary range for this position is: $84,000 - $202,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
