Meet the Team

You will be a key part of the Components Central Operations (CCO) team, working with business leaders in CCO, Component Business Manufacturing (CBM), Supply Chain Transformation (SCT), and the larger Supply Chain Organization (SCO). The teams work collaboratively to set the supply chain strategies, craft and drive the target business architecture, enable and scale operation activities through detailed program execution. These multi-functional teams work across all tracks within Supply Chain and externally to other corporate functions to advance the transformation capabilities of Cisco and our customers.

Your Impact

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Architect with expertise in Fabless Silicon Manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge and technical proficiency to help shape and implement the strategic and operational framework that will drive our organization’s success. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership, technical teams, and external partners to ensure that our business process and capabilities align with our strategic objectives.

Work with senior leadership to develop and refine the strategic roadmap for our fabless silicon manufacturing operations.

Identify, map and analyze the key business capabilities required to implement the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Design, document, and optimize business processes related to silicon manufacturing, from design through to final product delivery.

Implement industry standard methodologies to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve time-to-market for silicon products

Collaborate with IT teams to ensure that technology infrastructure and applications support business process and strategic goals

Ensure effective data management practices, including data integrity, quality, and accessibility, to support decision-making processes

Work closely with R&D, Manufacturing Engineering, Marketing, and Business Operations teams to ensure alignment and integration of business processes

Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to optimize supply chain processes and ensure seamless integration with operations

Develop and monitor key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the business process and initiatives

Find opportunities for continuous improvement and lead initiatives to drive operational excellence.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in business architecture focus on fabless silicon manufacturing.

  • 5+ years of experience of silicon design, manufacturing process, supply chain dynamics, and industry-specific technologies

  • Documented experience in leading systems implementations and/or integrations.

  • Experience in business process design, flow, and optimization.

  • Experience working in and leading multi-functional matrixed teams.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud

  • Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience with Project Management, Waterfall, & Agile Methodologies

  • A broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, process and capabilities, enabling technologies and governance.

  • Experience modeling business processes using a variety of tools and techniques
