Insight Global Data & Analytics Program Manager in San Jose, California

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Data & Analytics Program Manager to join their team. The Program Manager will be responsible for managing / owning current & existing growth, which includes process improvement, program/project management, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

Manage project artifacts across the varying project phases

Monitor programs and projects from start to finish, including project management plans and schedules, scope definition and risk management plans to meet business goals

Manage cross-functional resources, align schedules and calendars

Provide program status updates, and lead high-value meeting cadences with stakeholders

Create process standards and provide delivery oversight for programs and projects

Manage communication plan including setting expectations, internal and external communications

Working in project management and operational support environment

Align with both technical and business teams to drive improvement to processes and procedures

An hourly Rate expectation is $65.00/hr

Skills and Requirements

5-8 years of experience in Program/Project Management

Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes

Experience in managing large-scale programs and portfolios

Background leveraging PM Tools (e.g., MS Project, Monday.com, Jira)

Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively with stakeholders Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence background

Oracle Cloud, Snowflake, PowerBI Experience

PMP Certification / Scrum Master Certification

Experience within Semiconductor or Manufacturing industry null
