Building Ambassador

Job Description

As a Building Ambassador, your primary responsibility is to ensure the building maintains a welcoming and professional appearance. You will build relationships with key stakeholders across workplace, facilities, and with current employees. Your role includes providing backup coverage for reception, supporting employees with directions, supplies, and access to breakrooms and conference rooms. Additionally, you will monitor compliance with PPE usage and social distancing guidelines as employees return from remote work. Engage actively with new hires during their first week, ensuring their welcome includes a swag bag and balloons on their desk. You will also assist the client services manager with inspecting supply levels and help the janitorial team in maintaining the cleanliness of common areas. Strategize to manage crowded locations effectively.
