Pay Range:

$56,700.00 - $93,300.00

AR specialist is a full-time position. The ideal candidate will have a drive to learn, the ability to manage competing priorities, a flexible attitude, an inquisitive nature and be self-motivated.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily Cash application for two entities

• Daily invoicing for two entities/ email and upload invoices to portals

• Weekly service contract billing

• CC charges – work with OM team ensuring orders are paid and released

• Working with shipping, accounting and sales to ensure proper billing

• Run several month end reports and coordinate with other entities

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors Degree preferred, 5+ years experience in a high volume Accounts Receivable environment

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and proactively manage workload and customer expectations

• Experience in a manufacturing finance environment

• Strong Excel and system skills

• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with both accounting and non-accounting professionals

• Strong organization, communication and interpersonal skills

• MAS 200 or Dynamics AX experience a plus
