Job Description

In this role, you will be supporting our Fortune 100 client to:

Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for Salesforce solutions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements.

Develop and maintain a product backlog, ensuring it is aligned with business goals and objectives.

Work closely with Salesforce developers, administrators, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Conduct regular sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure continuous improvement.

Create and maintain detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and other documentation.

Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize functionality and user experience.

Stay up-to-date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

7+ years of proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably with Salesforce.

Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira or Trello. Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder) are a plus.

Compensation:

$70-$76/hr
