Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Supply Chain Analyst IV in Chicago, Illinois. This role will be vital within our team, and will involve working closely with various departments. The Supply Chain Analyst IV will be primarily responsible for processing and maintaining customer data, providing insights for decision making, and managing customer accounts.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret supply chain data to influence customer actions

• Utilize ERP SAP systems for efficient supply chain management

• Develop and execute supply chain strategies based on customer data analysis

• Maintain accurate customer records and manage customer inquiries

• Use analytics to forecast customer demand and plan accordingly

• Work collaboratively across organizational structures

• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and contribute to plan development

• Conduct financial analysis related to supply chain operations

• Display solid negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for various tasks and communication. Requirements • Proficiency in customer service and negotiation skills

• Demonstrable experience in supply chain logistics and customer demand planning

• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with forecasting techniques

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suites and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems, specifically SAP S/4HANA

• Knowledge and understanding of financial analysis and financial notes

• Excellent planning and organizing skills

• Ability to work onsite and possess written communication skills

• Comfortable with video conferencing and online portals

• Experience in contracting and working within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry

• Familiarity with SAN - Storage Area Network systems is preferred

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is required.
