With Copilot and autonomous agents in Dynamics 365, we help customers build capacity across teams and accelerate growth beyond what traditional Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems can do.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager in the Dynamics 365 ERP team, you will drive our marketing strategy, messaging and storytelling. You will act as a spokesperson, helping to lead key announcements and solution launches. You will articulate and amplify our differentiated value through customer stories. This opportunity will allow you to develop expertise in AI-powered solutions for commercial audiences in finance, operations and supply chain and gain a deep understanding of broader cloud and AI market trends.

Responsibilities
You will influence the long-term vision for products and create cross-departmental partnerships to impact the product roadmap. You’ll also influence senior partners to deliver the right product experience.
You will collaborate with others to develop a value proposition aligned with customer goals, and drive the development of a messaging and positioning framework. You’ll also build a global bill of materials and amplify through marketing channels with proven tactics.
You will define go-to-market (GTM) strategies, as well as identify target customers and execute strategy for customer journeys. You will use the go-to-market plans to enable partners and field with best-in-class content and programs
You will facilitate the execution of marketing plans across functions, and will employ strategies across the market experience to meet revenue goals. You’ll also develop partnerships to deliver customer value, and drive programs across teams to meet organizational goals.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
OR Master's Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
OR equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with, selling or marketing ERP solutions or applications built for finance, supply chain or operational processes to business decision makers.
Experience bringing products to market
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $103,800 - $200,300 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $133,700 - $219,200 per year.
