Insight Global Project Manager in San Francisco, California

Job Description

Role + Responsibilities:

 · Collaborate closely with GTM leadership to organize, prioritize, and track critical deadlines for upcoming projects, including a fiscal planning launch and Q1 deadlines.

 · Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned throughout the project lifecycle.

 · Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any challenges that arise to keep projects on track.

Utilize project management best practices to enhance team productivity and project outcomes, while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves:

 · 3-5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a GTM or related environment.

 · Proficiency in project management tools (specifically Excel for task tracking). Plusses:

Familiarity with a go-to-market environment, including an understanding of sales, marketing, and product launch processes. null
