ManpowerGroup Project Coordinator in San Francisco, California

Our client, a leader in autonomous vehicles, is seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be part of the Fleet Operations department supporting program managers. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: San Francisco, CA

Pay Range: $53 per hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

  • Support project and program managers in managing multiple projects and programs in parallel.

  • Aid in the analysis, auditing, and management of data and metrics from various sources.

  • Construct daily reports to summarize testing results and highlight issues.

  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment and progress.

  • Engage in all aspects of the projects, including practical, tactical, and strategic elements.

What's Needed?

  • BS degree in a business management discipline or equivalent experience.

  • At least 2 years of experience in program management, project management, or project coordination.

  • Experience with Google Sheets.

  • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to manage professional relationships.
