Working in partnership with the various ITS and business leaders, this role will bring together stakeholder needs, internal insight and expertise, and external best practices to lead the creation of FRBSF’s highest priority products, tools, and services
Essential Responsibilities
With direction, owns part of the execution of full Product Lifecycle, including Ideation and R&D, Development, constant improvement through maturity, etc. usually in partnership with other Product Managers
Knowledge of AWS GovCloud deployments and processes
Ensures product vision is communicated to the technology delivery teams
Planning and ongoing iteration planning; requires collaboration across Agile Release Train (ART)
Actively promote Agile behaviors within business, technology and across FRS
Provides recommendations for product prioritization and key roadmap activities
Supports product management team on complex or large products
May be responsible for a specific feature or component of a larger product offering
Further builds on Industry knowledge by anticipating product trends, capability prioritization and tradeoffs
Achieves set Product key metrics, usability, Operations and Maintenance, and positioning relative to external-market Products and capabilities
Communicates portfolio and project updates to managers and stakeholders
Minium Requirements
Bachelor's in marketing, Business, Engineering, Information Technology or similar, or equivalent work experience
1+ years in developing innovative, technical products
Highly organized with superior communication and coordination skills
Ability to coordinate and work with diverse groups of subject matter experts
Self-starter, with a high personal standard of performance excellence
Understanding of Product, Project and Program Management standard processes
Analytical, collaboration, leadership, critical thinking, multitasking, and time management skills
Ability to influence successfully in a highly matrixed or virtual organization
Experience with product and project management tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.
Must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder with the intent to become a U.S. Citizen
Product management skillsets and experience, ability to gain consensus, use influence to achieve decisions and escalate in a timely and clear fashion
Collaborate, build relationships and influence individuals at all levels in a matrix-management environment as well as external vendors and service providers
Product development processes including the ability to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests for products, set product release schedules and create product forecasts
Knowledge of several software development life cycle methodologies; Agile SCRUM
Product Manager certification (nice to have)
Organizational skills, the ability to perform under pressure and management of multiple priorities with competing demands for resources
Base Salary Range: Min: $80,0 00 - Mid: $103,8 00 - Max: $ 127,800 (Location: San Francisco)
Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicant’s background, experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
