Description

Seeking a Principal Solution Architect to join a growing company operating in a new market category -they are helping customers globally with digitalizing their data with high portable trust assurance. This role will be hands on in helping enterprise customers design solutions for the use cases, accelerate implementation, product adoption, and achieve business objectives. This includes reviewing product requirements, designing product architecture, and managing daily product development efforts. You will be responsible for managing complex interactions between business processes and technologies as well as translating product specifications into production level applications. Position will also manage a team of Customer Success Managers and an Customer Success Architect.

What you get to do every single day

• Get hands-on with code development for web-based n-tier applications.

• Support writing the technical section of functional specifications for new product development.

• Control the timeline for product development.

• Work with the product team to understand requirements and create functionality specifications.

• Support developers in a technical and non-technical capacity- Determine and progress development standards, guidelines, procedures, processes, and metrics.

• Facilitate code reviews, calling out best practices and steps for increased stability and capability.

• Help team members so that they grow abilities and strengthen capabilities.

• Carry out other related duties as assigned by management.

• Assist in product release planning and helps assess feature viability/effort.

• Architect, design, and document solutions to product specifications for shared capabilities throughout the architecture.

• Supervise the deployment of alpha and beta releases during the stabilization of new product development.

• Develop cross-product frameworks and best practices, and design, establish, and maintain technical architecture standards.

  Requirements

-10+ yrs core architect experience in a mix of presales and delivery role with enterprise clients

-Seeking strong presales experience

-Comfortable with all aspects of SAAS platforms, Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, SecOps and deployment architectures

• Experience gathering, understanding customer requirements and modelling use cases/product fit

• Excellent presentation, verbal and written skills; effective communication with key stake holders-Executives, department leadership, and engineers
