About the Role

The Manager, Creative Operations works closely with Banana Republic creative and marketing operations to facilitate optimal functioning of both teams. The role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the creative group ensuring smooth process, timeliness, and flawless delivery. The role is an exciting opportunity to be an integral partner in enabling high performing teams to achieve even greater success during a pivotal phase of brand transformation.

What You'll Do

  • Acts as bridge between creative and project owners, with keen knowledge of project details and desired results

  • Owns daily, short and long term scheduling and project prioritization for the creative team

  • Supports Creative Director in daily communication, agenda preparation and meeting facilitation

  • Ensures creatives are aware and prepared for upcoming milestones—preps resources and information needed to gudie creative development and solutions

  • Anticipate challenges, roadblocks and potential delays and proactively provide recommendations and contingency plans

  • Partners with marketing operations to develop and optimize creative workflows and process, reducing complexity and non-creative work where possible.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, copy, site merch, project management and production through lifecycle of projects

  • Creates and maintains a positive creative culture

Who You Are

  • A proactive leader who facilitates efficient workflow and decisions

  • A dynamic collaborator skilled at communicating, making connections and negotiation within the creative space

  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment where deadlines, priorities, and initiatives pivot frequently

  • Organized, detail oriented, with ability to manage multiple projects at once

  • Embodies a positive and solutions oriented mindset, operates with a “calm sense of urgency”

  • Leads with respect, empathy and humility

  • 5+ years of Project Ops experience, with a focus on creative, executional and organizational excellence

  • Understanding of creative processes, including branding, graphic design, content development, and image making

  • Passion for creative culture and lifestyle/fashion

  • Master in Office suite, Keynote, project management tools. Comfortable with Figma and Adobe Suite

Salary Range: $112,100 - $148,500 USD

Employee pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements.
