Insight Global Lead Program Manager, Data (Remote, US) in San Francisco, California

Job Description

Our Tech client within the Data & Analytics (DNA) Organization is seeking a tenured Lead Program/Project Manager to join our team in the United States. This individual will be responsible for navigating stakeholder conversations, planning scrum ceremonies for the technical team, and collaborating with internal program/project managers to plan the main Program/Analytics roadmap, which includes the modernization of internal data. The successful candidate will work closely with the data foundation and sales teams to design, develop, and deploy automated data pipeline solutions within the Salesforce data infrastructure, ensuring alignment with Salesforce security and data standards.

Key Responsibilities:

 Strategize and define data modeling standards required to support the Lotus Release 5 across foundation and sales domains.

 Design, develop, test, and deploy data pipelines supporting the R5 scope for foundation and sales using the modern data stack.

 Plan and facilitate scrum ceremonies for the technical team.

 Engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations.

 Utilize project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA) to manage projects effectively.

 Define KPIs, track progress, and evaluate the success of the program against its objectives.

 Develop data models for OrgSF Lead to Opportunity business attributes, measures, and metrics (20 Salesforce Objects).

 Create and maintain opportunity attributes metrics, conformed dimensions, and account, user, and hierarchies.

 Develop models to support sales initiatives, such as Propensity to Buy for OrgSF.

 Collaborate with the data foundation and sales teams to design, develop, and deploy automated data pipeline solutions.

 Ensure data solutions align with Salesforce security and data standards.

 Maintain and enhance internal reporting databases with Lotus analytics datasets.

Skills and Requirements

7+ years experience as a Program Manager supporting Data & Analytics Programs

Extensive experience in project management, including proficiency in methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.

Proficiency in using project management tools like MS Project and JIRA.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and manage relationships with various stakeholders.

Familiarity with technical aspects relevant to the program, especially in industries like IT, healthcare, or engineering.

Skills to define KPIs, track progress, and evaluate the success of the program against its objectives.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver data solutions.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. null
