We are seeking highly experienced and skilled Security Managers to oversee one of four regions in our organization. The successful candidate will conduct security investigations, perform office site assessments, and promote a culture of safety and security awareness throughout our organization. Work you'll do
As a Regional Security Manager, you will be responsible for conducting thorough investigations into various incidents, conducting office safety assessments, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure compliance with security protocols and standards. This role requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual who can effectively manage security incidents and foster a culture of safety within the organization. We seek candidates with corporate investigative expertise, strong analytical and risk assessment skills, excellent coordination and communication abilities, relevant security certifications, and high integrity and professionalism.
In this role, you will conduct Investigations: Lead and manage investigations into security and safety-related incidents, including workplace violence, theft, vandalism, and other breaches of security. Gather and analyze evidence, interview witnesses, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
Stakeholder Collaboration (Internal and External): Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Talent, Legal, and Technology teams, to address security concerns and recommend corrective actions, serving as a subject matter expert. Maintain open lines of communication to ensure a coordinated response to security incidents. Externally, establish and maintain strong relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement, security agencies, Big 4 counterparts and other relevant professional organizations/associations.
Office Safety Assessments: Perform regular safety assessments of office locations to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities (based on Deloitte's security standards). Develop and implement strategies to mitigate identified risks/vulnerabilities to enhance the overall security environment.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure all office locations comply with established security protocols and standards. Work with building landlords and local office staff to address security deficiencies and implement necessary improvements.
Executive Protection: When needed, provide executive and event security protection, ensuring the safety and security of our leaders during travel, meetings, and external events.
Training and Awareness: Partnering with the Workforce Safety Awareness team, deliver training programs to educate employees on security best practices and protocols. Promote a culture of security awareness throughout the organization.
Incident Response: Coordinate and manage the response to security incidents, including emergency situations. Develop and maintain incident response plans and ensure that all relevant personnel are trained and prepared to respond effectively.
Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all investigations, assessments, and security incidents using the Ontic Systems Incident, Investigations, and Case Management software platform
Other: Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
US Citizenship required
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Criminal Justice, Security Management or a related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field
Ability to travel 0-35%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Ability to travel (estimated 35%) and work outside regular business hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in a corporate security environment is desired
Prior experience and knowledge of security protocols, risk assessment, and threat analysis
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Prior experience using investigative databases
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
